A Private Urban Sanctuary in the Heart of Portland

Social Wellness Through Thermal Cycling

According to a recent Gallup study and CDC data, "The health and wellness of Americans are declining, with metrics showing negative trends in both physical and mental health."

Portland has the same wellness decline factors as the rest of the US.

This is also compounded with its wet climate and overcast skies.

Americans are craving off-line connection in holistic

wellness, in particular social wellness.

. Currently American Wellness economy valued at over $2 trillion

· growing at an annual rate of 8.3% over the past five years, while

· Spas have experienced a remarkable annual growth rate of 22%.

The wellness market is projected to reach 9

Trillion by 2028.

PORTLAND

Very few social wellness spa options

and none of them PRIVATE.

To address this gap, We are founding a unique thermal cycling spa featuring private spa dens, available

for reservation by individuals or small groups, catering to the growing demand for newer healthier ways

to socialize through personalized self-care experiences.

A Self Guided Thermal Cycling Spa

This practice is rooted in ancient wisdom

to support the ever-growing desire to find calm in our modern

world.

Reserve a den in the heart or Portland and transport from the outside world to an inside haven. Immerse yourself in its sanctuary, where a rain shower, dry sauna, and cold plunge await. Soak in the tranquil waters opening to an outdoor garden. Embark on a self-guided ritual, cycling through hot, cold, wet and dry.

COMMUNITY COVI

In addition to the private Dens, there

is an outdoor community space called

the Covi. The Covi offers four saunas

of varying sizes and a single large cold

plunge in a garden setting. Designed

for communal socializing rather than

private rituals, the Covi offer an

affordable option for regular thermal

cycling and represents a meaningful

revenue driver for the business.

RETAIL

There will be a retail space where local

products and collaborations are

available for purchase. Any product of

use in the den and community space

will be in the retail store. Apothecary

products, robes, towels, sauna hats,

and more.

BIO

Based in Portland, OR, I bring over 20 years of experience in commercial photography as photo art director, specializing inorchestrating large teams to produce impactful campaigns for renowned American brands such as Gap, Banana Republic, Walmart, and Levi's, as well as local favorites like Hanna Andersson and Pendleton.

Also, as a managing partner of Little Rumble Inc., my husband's video production agency, I have played a pivotal role in startup operations over the past five years, encompassing everything from hiring and payroll to operational management and creative direction. This hands-on experience has fortified my capabilities as a business owner. I believe in authentic leadership that cultivates creativity and collaboration, and I am excited to bring this ethos to THE ANTOINETTE DENS.

The Antoinette Dens is named in honor of my

grandmother and lineage. My grandma, Antoinette,

recently passed away at the age of 101. She

represented vibrancy, determination, empowerment,

and most importantly,

A Life well Lived.

Last Thought

With the ever-increasing drive for human connection in a world swimming in a digital

landscape, the sauna boom is now. I want to help put Portland on the map as a

destination for one of the fastest growing markets out there. Our PNW climate and

culture are ripe for it.

THIS IS A ONE OF ONE SPACE.
