Throughout my 20+ career as a commercial photo art director for some of the biggest brands in the industry, I have honed the skill of being able to hold multiple actions at the same time, orchestrating highly detailed commercial sized productions that rely on all cylinders running at optimum capacity. I have run this situation countless times while also holding space for end clients to be heard and happy. I oversee and lead large teams of artists, creatives, direct reports, and cross-functional partners. I have an inherent ability to be nimble and flexible— to be a best-case problem solver.
Also, as a managing partner of Little Rumble Inc., my husband’s video production agency, I have played a pivotal role in startup operations over the past five years, encompassing everything from hiring and payroll to operational management and creative direction. This hands-on experience has fortified my capabilities as a business owner. I believe in authentic leadership that cultivates creativity and collaboration, and I am excited to bring this ethos to THE ANTOINETTE DENS.
